Utah Nat. Guard double Blackhawk helicopter crash following 2 similar accidents

Two Utah air national guard UH-60 Blackhawk’s crashed earlier today just yards away from a ski resort.

The Blackhawks which were conducting regular training crashed today a few yards away from the Mineral Basin ski area located in the Snowbird ski resort, though the two helicopters did sustain damage, luckily there were no significant injuries reported and everyone walked away safely from the accident. As the helicopter came down its rotors produced a large cloud of powder and a loud thumping noise could be heard. One person even thought it was explosives which are normally used to control avalanches, he realized it was a helicopter when he saw the helicopter’s rotor fly out of the cloud.

The accident is being investigated, however no probable cause has been given yet. It is important to note that there have been other similar crashes during training exercises, there was one a year ago in New York which killed three and another similar one in Boise, Idaho which also killed three.
